Flipkart has hired 23,000 people in the past three months from India during the Peak time of the Pandemic and disclosed officially that the people from India from various States have been hired in various position primarily to strengthen the supply chain of the Flipkart company. The new additions will ease up the delivery process across the country.

As people in India are miserably battling the second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic with en number of Deaths and lakhs of positive cases on daily basis. The Pandemic has increased the demand for e-commerce services across the country as the E-Commerce platform guarantees a contactless supply of materials purchased from their respective portal. People now prefer ordering even the basic groceries from e-commerce platforms rather than stepping out to get it. The sudden surge in demand has led to the hiring of the people in the pandemic.
